About this creation
Here is the refurbished Mega Deluge Unit that is rechassised on a new 2013 Mack TerraPro chassis. Deluge Unit 6-7-1 used to be on a 1970's Ford C-Series chassis, since the Ford is way passed its retirement age (Fire Apparatuses in the LFD are suppose to be in service for about 15-20 years, sometimes sooner) Lakeshore Fleet Management had ordered 4 new 2013 Mack TerraPros to replace the 30+ year old Fords (The Fire Department currently have 4 units in service and 2 have been rechassised).
The Fords are being repaired, but I don't know where the Fords are going next.
