Roptera's polar opposite for this MOC off, she seems like the good one compared to him, but looks can be deceiving~
About this creation
Hello everyone, here to participate in the contest, I've created this MOC to represent Roptera's polar opposite. In every word that describes Roptera, powerful, quick on his feet, battle harden, and is a good heart by nature, she is his opposite. She is meek, manipulative, cunning, merciless as she is evil. She is however not harmless, while Roptera has strength in combat skills, she relies on her powers of control over others, getting them to do her dirty work. Now some bio info~
Name: Koyu Rahibe
Gender: Female
Race: Krana
Occupation: Agent of the Makutas
Titles: The false Zealot, the puppet mistress, agent Koyu.
Primary Mask: Krana Ja
Toa Tool: N/A
Weapons: N/A
Alignment:chaotic evil
Affiliation: The Makutas, other freed krana
Personality: A bitter krana, she gladly serves the Makutas as revenge for what they did to her after the Borok wars. She often parades as a Mata Nui Zealot (like a nun), going from town to town, telling the tales of the great war between Mata Nui and Makuta Teridax, and the victory it brought. She comes off as docile, gentle, and motherly. However, this is all an act to attract unsuspecting agori or matoran who she preys on. She is in reality, a vicious, manipulative, deceitful, cunning, and sometimes cowardly being of a krana. She lures her victims to control over them, and enjoys manipulating them like puppet. She doesn't have any skills in combat, but being a false Zealot has taught her how to dance((tells her stories like a bard)) and this aids in her ability to dodge attackers, if only to get away.
Bio: Koyu was once one of the many trapped krana in the sealed chamber that the matoran locked up, long ago. Many years later, a agent of the Makutas discovered the remains of that chamber, and decided that as a gift for their master's good grace, they offer the krana as a army. An so many prisoners of the Makutas were used as vessels for the new karna army. Among them, a Ga-matoran turned toa, was used as the vessel for Koyu. As the years pass however, her psychic powers developed more than those of her kind. Instead of just being able to detect object ahead of her and talk telepathically, she is able to persuade others to side with her, and even more, convince them to do her bidding. This allowed her to become a asset to her masters, and rise in the ranks quicker than most in the krana army. An so she carries on, doing their bidding as she satisfy her desires to overtake those who locked her away.

An so Koyu here dressed as a Mata Nui Zealot, she often hangs her head low to hide her face, and spreads the tales of Mata Nui to villages as cover. Her way of being a wolf in sheep's clothing, no one would suspect a zealot to be a agent of the Makutas! It's blasphemous to even think of such a thing.

When she doesn't need to hide herself, or her cover is blown, she will pull back the hooded robe, and reveal her true self. Years of being in control of the Ga-toa's body has slowly twisted her vessel, darkening the once pure body of the inexperienced toa.

The praying gesture does actually have a purpose, it focuses her telepathic powers, and allows her to control beings of weak minds from a distance of 36 paces. However, the harder she concentrates, the higher number of beings she can control within that range.

For beings with much stronger mental fortitude, she has to touch them, which often puts them in a paralyzed state, and slowly drives them near insanity as she tried to bend them to her will. A toa like Roptera is often a instinctive fighter, which makes him a susceptible target to Koyu.

When these two meet for the first time, both of them have a uneasy feeling around each other, setting both of them on edge around each other. Both feel the urge to kill the other without hesitation, and both despise each other for they are the only ones who can reveal their other's weakness. Tension escalates, senses on high, and both of them knows that the other cannot exist, but who will overcome the other, time has yet to tell....

Quoting Kraata Face I dig this
Thanks Kraata Face, that's something coming from one of the guys who beat me in the last contest we were in together.

Quoting Steve The Squid I do really like the cape! Neat use of the heads too!
Thanks steve, I wanted to give her more parts, but she needed that unarmored look, so I ended up with this. An I had been wanting to try out that head use for quite some time.

Quoting Gringat the Repugnant Dark, inventive and surprisingly good for having so few parts. It's clear the robe is an integral part of the build, not just decoration like Gringat's cloak.
Yes, even though it's a needed tool for her story wise, while I was building her, I cut up some small shirt I had, and her look just flows with it, with the hood up or down. Now as for your moc, the build look pretty dang good, but black hides everything, and I think if you gave your cape a thin red backing, you could have kept the black on the outside, but the red would have accented the black body perfectly, and better show all his parts...

Quoting Chronos Omega Not really a great build in and of itself, but the concept is interesting, and the MOC looks great with the cape on. I see you focused on the story aspect here; it's too bad that the story isn't scored, else you'd be pretty high up there. XD
That's the weird thing, when I saw this contest, and thought about Roptera's opposite, she just popped into existence in my head with a story and everything! I honestly didn't want to spend so much time on the story, but it just flows outta me like a.... open wound to a major artery, it just gushed outta me... I know it's not a fantastic build like Mudslide's or Callan's, but I wanted to try a different build from Roptera. Frankly I'm rather happy with it, she's his opposite in build, colors, and just about any aspect I could think of for this entry.
