The Incredible Hulk
"HULK SMASH!"
About this creation

A new theme for 2013: Superheroes! I present my second superhero: The Incredible Hulk! I acquired set 4530 cheap but was very dissapointed with it, so using the head, chest and hands I set out to make the Hulk in the way it should have been made. TLG take note! This creation is a combination of Hero factory / bionicle, technic and system elements. Hulk here is massive and superposeable! He has moving fingers and thumbs too, for smash and grabbing other poor midifigs! I hope you will have as much fun viewing this as I had building it! Enjoy rate and comment!

The blend of traditional bricks and Hero Factory is executed near-flawlessly.

depends on what incarnation of the hulk u are talking about. Purple pants or blue jeans?

Great colours! I love how the various parts join together and how the gaps help to accentuate the Hulk's bulging muscles.

then I'll end up in the shed!
Quoting Raymond Drum So...are these other heroes going to 'assemble' for one massive photo shoot??? You said you're running out of room? It sounds like you need to be extra nice to the wife and either take over other parts of the house or build a new add on room. LOL

I am impressed with your smooth transitions between bricks and bones/cladding. Excellent modification to the original, and far more accurate. The feet especially look great, and I am in awe of the pants! Nice work!

cyberfrank i'm a little dissapointed i can assure you its night and day from the original (its 70 bones in your neck of the woods wow, here its under 20). here's a link to the sad original http://www.shadowandy.net/2012/07/lego-super-heroes-the-hulk-4530.htm
Quoting cyberfrank 2010 again, a ref pic would have helped, as, when I saw this on the main page, I tought it was original, the differences are not obvious for someone who does nt own it like me, from your comments I guess it s bigger, I did nt even buy the smaller model, because, it s disproportionate compared to figs, and the arms are visibly shallow, on certain angles it s apparent, the kit is $70, of course it comes with other stuff, but, it s not worth $70 to me, if it s on sale...maybe. I sometimes 'treat' myself with optional parts-kits, but, they have to be usable on alta-5. it s a nice mod, wish I could know what you did on it.

I am green with envy. LOL! unlike you I will be going smaller with a lot of my builds to come as i am running out of space and cannot bring myself to wreck a good number of my larger creations!
Quoting Mike McCooey Looks Like You and I are going to be hitting a lot of the same notes this year! I like how you are basically just revising the lackluster figures Lego gave us and making them much more appealing. HULK is the next one coming out from me too, but they are very different! Mine is shall we say, a tad bigger ;)

Quoting TF Twitch Very nice! I think the larger hands and feet add to the "Hulkness" of the entire MOC. And go easy on the mech frame! It did nothing to you...

Quoting Nathanael Kuipers Looks great, Chris! I actually very much like the chestpiece. So can this transform to a normal human being as well? With you I expect everything to transform, you know. ;-)
