Old style Flatcars
A couple old Flat cars to go with my late 1800's, early 1900's style locomotives. These were made by covering a thin frame with tiles. They are much sturdier than I would have thought.
About this creation

Flat car with Canons.

Sorry about the lack of background. I wanted to take a picture of the 2 together.

The bottom. These flat cars were made by building a frame and then covering it with tiles.

These things. For some reason the proper name will not come to mind.

The old style Tank Car. It was a pain doing this part. Ended up building a special frame and using a paint brush to get the tiles all around.

The bottom of the second car. Not sure which looks better, Black or Grey. Black seems more prototypical but the grey is MUCH easier to photograph.

CANONS!

The trucks. Not much here to say.

Quoting James Green smashing work trevor! looks like something from world war 1!
Actually a little before. More of the 1800's if you go by the water tank. Least thats what I intended.

Quoting TF Twitch Great job! They definitely look like they are from the 1800's and portray very nicely a bunch of pieces of wood just nailed together. They look old (because they are supposed to) but they look splendid (because you did an excellent job).
Thank you! I may make a bunch more types of cars. And maybe a newer 4-4-0. I have some ideas.
