Darth Koviss turned and handed a small disk to the awaiting Acolyte.
Darth Koviss: "Here, Acolyte Baron. Take this to your Master and see to it that he, and he alone, reads my report."
Leif Baron: "Yes, My Lord. I shall deliver it to Darth Xedrix personally."
Ignatious watched the boy scurry away.
Lord Ignatious: "News?"
Darth Koviss: "The Jedi's next target. They plan to enlist the aid of the Hutt clans."
Lord Ignatious: "The Hutts are loyal to the Empire!"
Darth Koviss: "Hutts are loyal to the biggest cheque. And Vastantine has been neglecting them of late, another reason for why I wish for his demise."
Lord Ignatious: "Algren and I are working on it."
Koviss nodded as he poured himself a drink.
Darth Koviss: "I do hope so. What of you Ignatious? We are partners in this game, yet I know little about you. What is your story?"
Lord Ignatious: "Why do you care?"
Darth Koviss: "As i have said, you are different Ignatious. There more to you than meets the eye."
Ignatious held the Chiss' gaze before nodding.
Lord Ignatious: "I was born on Gardocia in 3950 BBY. The Force runs strongly on Gardocia and was controlled by the Sha'a Na'ana, shamens if you will. I was discovered to be highly sensitive to the Force and taken on by a man named Rikas Guol."
Lord Ignatious: "Gardocia rarely saw off-world visitors, but several years later, a man arrived calling himself 'Darth Diagis'. Diagis came to me and showed me the true power of the Force and offered to teach me its ways."
Lord Ignatious: "I accepted of course and together, we forged a path of destruction accross Gardocia, destroying the Sha'a Na'ana who opposed us."
Lord Ignatious: "But arrogance blinded us both. Rikas Guol, my former Master, was still alive. He tricked us, using the Force to curse Diagis and I. We were bound to an eternal sleep, never to awaken unless the other died."
Lord Ignatious: "But Rikas Guol did not account for Darth Ircune. She happened upon Gardocia by luck and came to the tomb where Diagis and I slept."
Lord Ignatious: "She brought me back to the Sith on Prakith, where I first met Algren. I sensed he had a great destiny and immediately began to forge an alliance with him. We both saw the weaknesses of the Sith around us and began plotting to overthrow Rovaniss."
Lord Ignatious: "But it wasn't to be. After the Jedi defeated the Sith, I was seriously wounded. Algren and I managed to escape Prakith and flee to Gardocia."
Lord Ignatious: "But as soon as we entered Gardocia's gravity, Rikas Goul's spell fell upon me again, and I slipped back into sleep. Since my leaving Gardocia 4000 years ago, the Sha'a Na'ana had rebuilt themselves. ALgren slew many that day, but was ultimately overpowered."
Lord Ignatious: "Algren was trapped in the same spell as Diagis and I and the three of us were lain in the tomb together, where e slept for 2000 years."
Lord Ignatious: "But then, the new Prince of Gardocia came to visit us. He was arrogant, idealistic, young."
Lord Ignatious: "He killed Diagis, breaking the spell and at last allowing me to awaken."
Lord Ignatious: "Years of anger unleashed itself upon the Prince as I drained him of every ounce of life that he possessed."
Lord Ignatious: "With new purpose, Algren and I fled to our ship. But the Sha'a Na'ana sensed our awakening and were on us in moments."
Lord Ignatious: "I felt the Force churning within me, and at last I understood true power. I turned and unleashed my powers on those that chased us, draining the life of every Sha'a Na'ana in existance. Wiping their entire order from the Galaxy."
Lord Ignatious: "I could hear Algren calling to me, but I wanted more. Tapping into the very planet itself, I began to drain the Force from Gardocia itself!"
Lord Ignatious: "When I awoke, I was floating in space. Surrounded my the remains of Gardocia. Algren found me amongst the rubble, and we turned our ship and returned to the galaxy. Leaving a dead planet in our wake."
Darth Koviss nodded silently as he thought on Ignatious' story.
Darth Koviss: "Do you feel you owe Algren?"
Lord Ignatious: "We owe each other nothing. We both need the other to fulfil our goals."
Darth Koviss: "What are those goals?"
Lord Ignatious: "Algren will take the throne, whilst I lead through him. He holds the power, I control what he holds."
Darth Koviss: "Until such a time when you no longer need Algren. You will then destroy him."
Koviss chuckled as Ignatious glared at him.
Darth Koviss: "Do not worry Ignatious, I will not reveal your goal. Algren is as you believe, a vessel for your power. I will gladly follow you when the time is right."
Lord Ignatious: "When the time is right, Algren will fall by my hand. For now however, he has his uses."
Koviss watched as Ignatious slipped from the couch and went for the door.
Darth Koviss: "I hope you have a plan, Ignatious?"
Lord Ignatious: "When you have waited as long as I have, Darth Koviss, you have to have a plan."

I love the game between the sith. The story is so much better than in the previous series, they started to repeat themselves, but this, this is amazing. I'm loving everything on this series so far. |

Not that it matters, but Ignatious and Diagis were ment to be in different cells, and the Sha'a Na'ana were disbanded after Diagis and Ignatious took over. Also, Ignatious's red robes were the traditional Sha'a Na'ana robes worn by all Sha'a Na'ana (probably should have mentioned that earlier) and Ignatious only started wearing them after becoming emperor, but again, I can work around your changes.
Right, didn't know the red robes were the Sha'a Na'ana's robes. The reason I had him in them is because that's what he was wearing at the end of the last series. You'll notice he's in black robes now and I'm planning on having him find his red robes and lightsaber at a later date :)
