Ninja Assassin Stealing Honjo Masamune Sword - REVISED (Lego, Ninjago, Dojo, Shrine, Samurai, Castle)

Greetings, I felt that I needed to modify/improve this set a little bit more. I have changed the position of the roof and have added some extra foliage. Also, I have optimize the entry of the building a bit too. In my opinion, the roof looks a lot better the way it is positioned in this new version. The ninja assassin is planning to steal the Honjo Masamune sword from Shogun Tokugawa. Under the cover of night, the ninja is claiming on the roof and is getting ready to attack. Shogun Tokugawa is asleep. Will the ninja succeed with his sinister plan....

Thank you very much for your critique. I really appreciate the feedback! I believe that the “old-school” building techniques can be utilized very effectively when it comes to Japanese-inspired architecture because of its minimalism and simplicity. I agree 100% that the color coordination also plays a major role in streamlining the objects lines and shapes. Thank you again for your kind words!

I really like how you structured the roof and your use of contrast in coloring. It really makes a lot of the details pop right out. Normally I'm not a fan of the exposed stud stacking method but your use of color really helps offset it and draw attention to the main shape lines. The pillars with the hanging lanterns are a nice touch of detail work. Welcome to the Japanese Castles group! Your work will make an excellent addition.
