Arbiter(Not based off the Halo Arbiter) is my Secondary Self-Moc, so theres that. Arbiter is a Toa of Teleportation. he is part of a rare group of people who have the abitlity to teleport. He took his cultures ways and combined them with Modern Society's technology(Hence the Portal styled guns). He travels the land in search of truth.

* BACK-STORY*
Arbiter is part of a rare group of people, a group with astounding powers. The people of his kind control the more rare types of elements and powers, teleportation, for example. Arbiter learned from extremely intelligent scholars, some with more knowledge than the Knowledge Towers themselves. Arbiter also trained with skilled warriors. He trained in hand to hand and ranged attacks. One day though...
The BoM learned of his people...and seeked their powers for themselves. So on one summers eve, Makuta launched a raid on the village from which Arbiter lived. His people were in terror. Their village ablaze. All hoped seemed lost, when Arbiter Stood up to the Makuta and presented to them his tools of genius. his Portal Guns. He had shot a portal below a large rock than one on a side of a cliff facing the BoM. the Large rock came hurtling towards the Makuta. Most of them were knocked out from the large stone, but a few stood back up and battled Arbiter. Arbiter simply could not take them all. the Makuta gave him a choice. Surrender and die in vein, or be cast out and banished. Arbiter had no choice, he was banished from the lands. But he vowed that one day he would return, and destroy all of the Makuta. and free his people. So Arbiter set out and trained day and night to battle the Makuta and reclaim his village. When suddenly, an idea struck him. So he quickly set out towards his home.
He was perched above the village on top of a cliff, viewing the area. He then shot a portal on the highest point of the cliff face. than began down the cliff. when he reached the bottom. He was surrounded by Makuta. One of them spoke up, telling him he was band from the land, and that he had no chance of reclaiming his home. So Arbiter began to put his plan in motion, he battled the Makuta, than had them all chase him till he had them all in a large group, he then shot his second portal a foot or so in front of him. he jumped in and came to the cliff face, holding onto a ledge right below the portal. Then out of nowhere, all these makuta come flying through the portal, falling towards their doom. All of them crashed into the ground. all of them were killed. Arbiter soon arrived at the bottom of the mountain. where he was greeted by the cheering of his people. But he had no time to waste, he quickly found a man he was searching for in the crowd. "Where is she?" Arbiter asked. the mans face quickly grew sullen. "They had taken her days ago. I don't know where she could be. I'm sorry Arbiter, there was nothing I could do to stop them."
Quickly, Arbiter became broken on the inside. "Shes gone...no." was his only thought. throughout the cheering and praise, Arbiter had grown upset. When he said that he was leaving to the man. the man asked. "Arbiter...where are you going?"

"I will find her, if I have to walk to the ends of the planet, I will find her. I will destroy any Makuta to find her, I will do whatever it takes...but i promise you this...I...Will...Find...Her..."

So Arbiter set off that day, and even to this day, he still searches, he wanders the land for her...
