Here is my latest creation, showing again my tendency to build chubby spacecraft. I give you the H.M.S. Malevolence. A ship use to explore the outer reaches of space in the fastest times. This was one of the hardest types of builds I have attempted. The circular design proved most difficult to build. I think it turned out alright though, let me know what you think. Constructive criticism is always appreciated.

About this creation

The engine, definitely my favorite part of the build. I used a technique usually used in castles and I put it this ship, Although it wasnt the easiest thing to do.

A great looking ship, very malevolent looking indeed. The engine looks very good, especially the hinged parts around it. The ship looks solid and heavy, built for flying fast and taking a lot of punishment. I wish that the nose was a bit pointier or that that flatter nose on the MOC opened up to reveal some form of devastating weapon.

Great build! I agree, circle shaped ships can be tough. My last space ship build is round as well. Great design on the cockpit!

The trans blue running through the hull gives the impression that this is one big thruster, with a cockpit pit strapped to the top. That isn't chubby that's fast.
