I Brick Battle Pack Contest
Build your army with the new Battle Droid Battle Pack*! The pack includes one fully articulate, large scale white battle droid with blaster and communications backpack and one STAP attack vehicle. The droid is able to fold and unfold for storage, like the droids in the Phantom Menace. Get your packs today and crush the Republic!

4th Wall: I went a little out of the box on this one. Yes it is a battle pack without minifigures however, it does still include a figure (just a big one) and a vehicle. I had already assembled the OOM Droid (whoa judges don't DQ me it wasn't posted on my MOCpages account) and actually gave one to my dad for Christmas. From there, I figured out how many more pieces I could use to build the STAP (picture for proof the total piece count was 100 pieces exact). The result was this battle pack. For those of you who want to see it unfold: OOM Battle Droid Unfolding (this is my recently created Flickr account). Also, the background image is from Background Pic (don't sue!). Finally, on the weird off chance that one of the judges doesn't think this is a battle pack (even though it is) notify me and I will build a suitable replacement (but don't be that one guy that rains on my parade because my battle pack is "different"). *Not currently actually for sale

Wow I'm a little surprised it is that low. I would have thought the build quality would have been higher considering all the complicated connections and SNOT techniques.

Thanks for joining the first contest that i Brick Contests hosted! I hope you consider joining other contests we host! The next contest details are coming out on Feb. first! Here is your total score: 18.5/20. Great entry! Categories: Creativity: 5/5. I must say, a macro battle pack is super creative! Build: 10/10. The droid is very well made! Presentation: 3.5/5 For me, the sideways pictures were weird and the background color for the majority of the pictures blend a little too well with the droid. The opening picture was great!

It actually is fairly strong. It holds up well. Also the background had to be a little darker or the droid wouldn't have shown up well. Thanks for the high score though!
