Mining facility .... I really wanted to use some of my old TFOL classic Space minifigs .... This is what we came up with.

About this creation

A big miningoperation is taking place.

Ahhhhhhrrrrrrrr .... Its a Space bat !!!

Finding anything in there ?
Im getting rid of those diamonds so i can get to those precious minerals Sir. Almost there !!

This machine is the core of the operation.

Just put the ore in this end of the machine.

On the computer you just enter what type of brick / width and height of studs. And god almighty. Out comes the ABS needed for whatever they are building.

Hi there Mr rubberguy with the camera pointed at us.

So, whats going on in the mine ?

Leaving all the gold behind .... Something weird is going on here. What kind of operation are they doing here ?

And there is no Command center to be seen. Guess we will never know.... ;)

Quoting Commander Cold Nice, But what is BURP and LURP?

BURP is "A big ugly rock piece" .. A big brick LEGO uses in some sets. Actually i have one shown in the third installment of the Classic Space: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/350051 Whereas a LURP is a "Little ugly rock piece." :)

No ... The rockwork is exactly as it should be with Classic Space .... No BURP�s or LURP�s used. We love the mix between slopes and simple bricks and plates ... We could have used all slopes. But this is not intended to be all snot and tile, nor SNOT work. Its exactly as we wish for it to be ... And we know our rock work for sure !! :)

Yeah they are definately handy ... However its not the machine itself that is expensive ... Just those minerals you need for it ... LEGO did have those for some years, unfortunately they scrapped the space dudes that transported the materials due to the cost .... But we will get them back !! ... This is the return. ;)
