An old fashioned hook and ladder truck. It is a fairly simple, straightforward, and sturdy model meant to be played with. It was play tested by a 4 year old for about an hour with no lost parts or ebb of enthusiasm. This set is meant to include some flames, a road block, and a hydrant. Accessories with the model: Wrench, Radio, 2 hoses, Axe.
In revision 2 some white tiles are added and one of the 2x4 plates is traded out for 2 1x4 plates. Alternate models are possible.

JWG: Help! My neighbor' cat is caught in a burning tree!
Fireman: Whats the problem?
JWG: My neighbor's cat is caught in this burning tree!
Fireman: I can see that, whats YOUR problem? What crazy thing did you do to make this happen?
JWG: Well, I was going to eat that cat, but it wouldn't come down out of the tree. So I set the tree on fire, but that didn't work either.
Fireman: Whats the cannon for?
JWG: I was going to blast the cat out of the tree but the elevation doesn't go that high. Can I use that wrench for a second?
Fireman: NO!
I get all kinds in this line of work
KERBLOOSH!
Cat: YOW! I'm outa here!
Fireman: And some for the arsonist!
JWG: Hey!
