Quoting Cars Lover
What a great building with many details, and this car is awesome, it´s nice to see that adults keep building with Lego, really cool. Thank you! As for myself, I didn't keep building for a very long time but restarted last year. This is what they call the "Dark Ages" ;-) |

@Malte: Thx! @Joe: Thank you, first time for me. Glad you like the details. Tom is right, these are 1 x 6 x 5 panels. They are indeed quite shiny, but since the figs have very edgy soles, this will change soon ... ;-) @Tom: Thank you, glad you like it! |
|
|
Awesome EROL! Love this, full of nice little pieces of LEGO art. To answer Joe's question for you he has used snot panels if you look on the end of them there are tiles :-) |

Congrats on getting on explore, a great excuse to have another look. Love the bar around the bar ;). The interior is so detailed - the more you look the more you see. Are those 6x6 plates (on the outside) shiny or matt? |

Thanks a lot guys! @Larry: Many thanks, glad you like it. Yeah, it's my first MOC on "Explore" ... :-) @D: Thanks a lot. In fact the mudguard has been used to design jukeboxes before, but differently. Anyway the main new aspect here is the upside-down front. "Cars" bar: The counter is made with two "Lightning McQueen" tiles - that's all ;-) |

The use of the wheel well for the jukebox arch is fantastic! I'm a little confused on the "Pixar Cars" Bar piece though. What do you mean by that? |

Must've missed this on winter break, but it is very eye-catching on the explore page :) This looks terrific, the signs outside are very nice and some amazing PU inside the diner. |

Thanks a lot guys. @James: Thanks a lot! I know what you're talking about - I was hungry all the time when building it. Unfortunately the 2x2 burgers aren't very filling for human beings ... ;-) Thanks for the praise although I must emphasize that the fridge is not my own design (see description). @Dion: Thanks a lot! |

Excellent! The gas-pump (I saw it earlier) is really nice but my favorite part are the slanted 1x1x5 round columns! The whole signage oozes that maravellous Googie-style that I love so much! Also thanks to Chris for pointing this one out. I´m so busy at work that I would have missed it otherwise! |

Thanks guys, glad you like it that much! @SF: Thank you! I tried at least 4 or 5 times until there was something worth to continue ... ;-) @David: Thank you! As I wrote above, the fridge is not my own creation, it's some pro stuff from 10197 Fire Brigade, just a little modified - couldn't think of a better design. @Starscream: Thank you! @Vinny: Thank you! I will probably present the Rod separately. @Gerfy: Thanks a lot! @Joonmin: Many thanks! @Daniel: Thanks a lot! @El Barto: Many thanks! @Daevster: Thanks a lot! @Hot: Merci bien! Je vais faire plus de photos and present it separately ... |

Thanks a lot guys! @Senator: Many thanks, glad you like the rod, too! @Z: Thanks a lot bud! @Elk: Well, this is only the first step, and I am not the quickest builder of buildings, I guess ... ;-) @Aaden: Thanks a lot pal! @Stephan: Many thanks, glad you like it! @Loek: Thanks a lot, yep, I've read both of them :) @Jared: Thanks a lot! @Tim: Many thanks! @Allan: Glad you like all the details! The bubble-gum machine is not my design, though, it has been taken from 3061 Friends City Park Café. @Austin: Thank you! @TX: Many thanks. Well, I won't probably upload 1.1, rather 1.5 or 2.0, but this will take some time. @Mitchell: Thanks a lot! Wait until you see the diner! ;-) @Sven: Many thanks buddy! Well, building buildings takes some time ... Wow, your next project sounds promising. Well, your highrise buildings definitely need a Tower Ladder. Looking forward to it! @Nick: Thanks a lot! @Nils: Many thanks bud! Well, you were right! There will be definitely more stuff, but I will take my time. If I continue like this, there won't be any cars for some months ... ;-) @Frank: Many thanks, glad you like it that much! Well, Steph is about to stay since it's her who's running the business. ;-) This was part of the deal, otherwise they wouldn't have allowed me to break down the Park Café and use the parts for the Diner. But I am very glad, she's doing a great job! @David: Thanks a lot for your nice comment! @Dan: Thanks a lot! @Chris: Glad you like it! @Joe: Many thanks!
You may say anything since it will take some time till the next step ;-) @Gabor: Thanks a lot! @Michael: Thanks! - Schön, dass es dir gefällt, obwohl ich gar nicht so auf innen abonniert bin. Irgendwann fängst du an, Hausstaub zu snotten ... ;-) @Tris: Many thanks! @Marcel: Thanks a lot buddy! |
