Strummer: "Hold still you bugger!"

Strummer: "Frak! I'm hit!"

Pilots Briefing Room following the battle.

Strummer (over speakers): "Frak, I’m hit!!"
Explosion.

Present Day:

Mav's Quarters

Mav: "Hey, there you are! I was wondering when you'd stop by."
Kuo: "Got tied up with Topsy...Her Viper that is. She really hammered the landing this afternoon."

Mav: "Anyway, I've been thinking about what the Athenians were telling us in their briefing..."
Kuo: "Yeah, I was going to ask: What was THAT all about?"

Mav: "Turns out they have evidence that Strummer survived. Must be he punched out of the Viper, and landed on the planet. They figure he was probably rescued by our pals in the Poseidon Fleet after they knocked off that station of theirs."

Mav: "And now, the Athenians want a joint mission seeing as how we've got a common goal, so to speak..."

Kuo: "Well, that's great! I mean, he's alive! But what about...?"

Mav: "Exactly! Nempec, Watchko and I are going to have a chat about that later... What I don't get is: Last year they kidnapped Levopolis, we had a huge battle, and now they want to help US. What's up with THAT?"

Kuo: "Things change...Maybe they learned something about Levopolis, about us, that changed their minds?"

Mav: "Pretty ironic, if you think about it! You know, with Levopolis, all things considered..."

Kuo: "You know what I mean. It's a great opportunity, and we would have never known he was still alive. It's a sign of good faith, right?"

Mav: "I suppose, but what's in it for them? And what's up with the Cylons? Wonder if this might actually be their idea in the first place? Although they don't plan on joining us..."

Mav: "Wait, where are YOU going?"

Kuo: "I'm going to start the shower...And don't dilly dally, you've got a meeting to go to..."

Meanwhile, aboard the Triton:

Hitomi: "Strummer sure was excited to go to his flight lesson this morning!"

Hitomi: "I think he's going to be learning how to fly a Scout Ship."

Cougar: "I thought we could have a little talk about Strummer, now that it's just the two of us..."

Cougar: "Besides flying, what have you two been talking about? Anything about his home, about Earth?"

Hitomi: "Earth? Uh, no, not really, I don't think. Galactica and her crew, yes. But Earth, no...Why?"

Couger: "Well, Dendauw wants to know what we've learned. She and Fasio figure you're the best one suited for him to confide in. They want details..."

Cougar: "Otherwise, we're going to have to use...'alternative' methods to learn what we need to know. And we're running out of time. The rendezvous with the Admiral is pretty soon. I hope I've made this clear enough..."

Hitomi: "Understood."

Later that day.

Galactica CIC.

Nempec: "Okay, now that George is up to speed on all of this, what do you think?"

Nempec: "In spite of my suspicions, it's still an opportunity to get our man Strummer back..."

Watchko: "If we can believe that he's still alive. There's no proof as far as I'm concerned. I don't trust those toasters, no matter WHAT color they are!"

Mav: "True, it could be a trap, but it's our duty to pursue the possibility, no matter how slim..."

Mav: " 'Leave no one behind.' "
Nempec: "Very well...Mr. Shraga:"

Nempec: "Inform the Cylons of our departure. Prepare to jump the ship..."
