The first installment of my new "Building Tutorials" section, this was built for Cyberfrank 2010 for one of his MOCs. Feel free to use it, but just give credit.

About this creation

The pieces needed to make it.

Step one: connect a small Technic circle w/ hole with the antenna.

Step two: put the large Technic cylinder and the other small Technic circle through the antenna.

Step three: put the Technic thin cylinder on the antenna, then attach the minifigure plate onto the top with the stud. (Minifigure plate. Why is it even called that? :P)

Step four: put the plate with printed dial on the side of the minifigure plate with the stud, and put the small satellite dish on top, through the antenna. Voilă!

I ve been thinking about your meter, if you could add a 2' wide control, it would look possible to enter a n.i.p. code, or credit card, that s what this great meter needs to make it work, remove the gauge and replace it with a control piece to interact with, and it will be super!

[part of a street, with a car]

I have TONS of street props! Newspaper stands, ATMs, modern art, you name it! I'll post them on a road baseplate later, as still life!
