About this creation
Additions and updates to the Secret Serice Fleet. A third sedan, a second minigun van and a bus has been added. The SUVs and the ambulance has also been rebuilt.
First, the minigun vans:
One.

Two.

And an action photo!

The (now) three sedans.
Too boring to give a fancy presentation anyway!

The bus.
After studying the real Secret Service bus some, i decided to build my own version - based on LEGO's tourist bus design. Looks a lot cooler this way i think!

Inside the bus.

Closeups of the bus interior.
The rear end. A private presidential lounge with room for a secretary, a visitor (here, a croo- Ehhm, a businessman is waiting for the president) and of course an agent. 2 holders with sub-machineguns are located in the lounge as well.

The front end. Seats four agents - and a driver of course!

Below are photos of the updated vehicles.
A remake of the first ambulance. A lot better, but i think it still needs some work. Especially on those rear doors!

Inside the ambulance.

The rebuilt SUVs. They are almost the same, only two studs longer than the ones from the first post (and four studs longer than LEGO's SUV's) - and now with black panels on the belly instead of grey.

A closer look at one of them.

Rear hatch open.

And in conclusion: This is the complete fleet as of today. The president may now choose between the limo or the new bus, depending on his mood or the whim of the Secret Service.

Here is a link to my first post of the Secret Serice Fleet
Once i find enough space to set up my LEGO city, i imagine most of these will double as FBI vehicles when needed. Government agencies' vehicles almost all look the same anyway.
This is my 30th posted build by the way. Thanks for watching :-)

Respectfull fleet! The updates are great! Most I like the coach.
Thanks :-) The bus has been rebuilt and now has two floors for passengers. I just need a few more windows to complete it. |

lol! it s funny how we have similar concepts, I made a bus too, [check my police-fire station post] and I worked the interior a lot, your ambulance would look better 6' cabin 7' box, the proportions will fit your fleet like a glove, the back doors need to be reverted, and made studless, very beautiful and unique fleet! ok, a city context scene is next?
Thanks, i like to work on not-so-common designs :-) Yep indeed, different architecture styling but same quest for large-scale or bulk city builds. Thanks for the tips for the ambulance. I was thinking 5-wide cabin (somehow) and 6-wide box, but i think i might take up your idea for the rear doors. The city scene - well hopefully some time soon.. |

I really like what you've done here, especially the sheer size of the fleet. Enjoyed the secret service bus and the rebuilt SUVs - I agree with your comments on the back door of the ambulance, but it's a great starting point for the vehicle. Nicely done!
Thanks :-) I made a different rear door for that ambulance a short while ago, but i'm still not satisfied with how it turned out. Maybe i'll post an update once i find a solution i like. |

Wow an ominous fleet of vehicles if ever I saw one. You must have many very bad citizens in your town to justify such expenditure.
Thanks, yeah they do look ominous rolling down a street :-) Well in my city, there's just one real crook actually. He's the one who needs all this protection ;-) |

Fantastic looking fleet! All the vehicles have a great shape and cool features. The suv is particularly cool with the rear opening window.

The SUVs are particularly well done.
Thanks both :-) I agree, i think this version of the extended SUVs looks a lot cooler than the ones from the first post. Though they were extended some too, they were still too short. |

That would be even cooler. kinda like the greyhound buses?
Uhmm i'm not sure, we almost entirely use european busses here :-) But i suppose so if some versions have two levels for passengers. This bus is built with inspiration from Neoplan, Kassbohrer and volvo busses. |
