With the swipe of a sword, the pirate falls off the cliff into the water below...
About this creation
A view of the entire scene.
The soldier's pose.
Back view, showing how I made the pose. The right arm uses a small rubber band. The Minifigure hand used to connect the two legs is threaded through the rubber band. Another minifigure hand attached to the left leg helps the legs to stay in place. The result is a pose that looks good and is sturdy.
The pirate's pose, which is surprisingly very sturdy.
Back view, showing how I made the pose. A medium rubber band is double-wrapped around the body both for aesthetics and to help connect the legs. Another medium rubber band goes through the torso to connect the arms. The legs were a bit trickier, as the peg leg does not have a studded connection point. A minifigure hand attaches the two legs. A Clip is connected to the clip socket of the minifigure hand. Another Clip
attaches that assembly to the first rubber band.
Figless. Due to several half-stud offsets, the rockwork was quite difficult to make. Nevertheless, I think it turned out rather well.
a good entry. 1.5/2 for pics - some were just too dark. 2.5/3 for build - its nice, the rockwork is great, but the cliff needed to be higher. poses earn you 4/5, as I liked both, and both looked good. total of 8/10!
