Hey there guys, Fenrek here and I attempted a large scale vehicle. I've never done a vehicle of this size before so this was a great learning experience for body shaping and how to acheive a sense of realism about it. It was also was lots of fun to make and I got little 'wins' every now and then when a portion of the vehicle was completed to a satisfactory level.

I decided to make one of those desert type of buggy vehicles that have the elongated snout for a mid section and a small cabin at the back with just framework for protection. I added a Vezon cape here as a sort of shredded cloth cover and it also adds an extra bit of detail to the cabin area.

The build uses a fair bit of both sytem and technic so it's about 50/50 on each of those. The main structure and build of the vehicle is down to technic whereas coverings and details are acheived with system pieces.

Due to the size of the cabin when it was compelted, the driver had to be quite small to fit into it. I wasn't about to redo the entire vehicle just to change the cabin size so I went with a small driver I decided to go with a slighty altered version of my typical chibi body here. The driver works well with the buggy and fits in rather snug.

This driver is named Suurkit as a play on the word 'circuit' as it shares the same pronounciation and relates to racing/driving activities.
The driver can be armed with 2 accessories that can be hooked onto the vehicle. On the back right, there is storage hole for his staff which ends in a club and his shield can be mounted on the left side where the usual window would be on normal vehicles.

Dragsters on the other hand need a long body to stabilize the car when taking off after unleashing gut wrenching amounts of horsepower. Now that I've explained that, I expect nothing other than informing you. I do find that front end sleek looking. I might want to try something like it....

The buggy is just awesome. It's hard to build a car vehicle like this using Technic, but you did pretty well! The front part is just incredible... and the best, lime green! A classy look with that color! Probably the best buggy ever, I wish I could build something like this for Surait ... *^*

Wow, this is awesome, Aaron. I actually like the driver too, it's neat to see what one of your MOCs would look like when chibified (I know he isn't exactly, but it certainly looks a bitlike it).

Wow! I love the buggy! It has a perfect shape and a perfect build! I don't like the driver that much. His porportions seem a bit off. Great build! :D
