Round one is already over; you were appointed to judge rounds 2 and onward. Also, the studs were shown on purpose, as more electric and mechanical greeblies. SNOT is not related to whether the creation is studded or studless. SNOT simply refers to the use of sideways/upside down building.

Nice job on this Halhi. The S.N.O.T is well organized, and I like how its all in one color. Very detailed. Score= 4

The hardsuit design is alright, but in my mind hardsuits should at least look like a whole minifig can fit into them. Unless the people have really small bodies and really huge heads, then this doesn't really work. But anyway, overlooking that fact, the build looks very nice.
