Prakith, the Sith Temple, one day after the events in Bloodlines 16: War .

Jedi Master Ordan Minoh stood calmly in one of the captured Sith corridors, talking quietly with the fellow leaders of his strike team of Jedi.

Filvo Jagmin: "So we have made great advances over the past few days. THough some Sith have been captured, the vast majority are refusing to join us."

Ordan Minoh: "Thats to be expected, the Sith are not one for surrender, despite their cowardice. Anyway. We must push on."

Rade glanced over the two Jedi Masters' shoulders towards the long corridor behind them.

Rade Danar: "Whats down there?"

Ordan Minoh: "Some kind of colluseum."

Filvo Jagmin: "Strange, I sense the Dark Side there."

Jake Inman: "As do I. Master Minoh, might I suggest that you and FIlvo continue to prepare our forces. In the mean time I will investigate the colluseum with Rade."

Ordan Minoh: "WIll you be alright Jake?"

Jake Inman: "I'm not that old yet Ordan. Besides, my legs could do with a stretch!"

The Sith Lord Darth Burren stood silently in the arena as the Jedi jumped down from the stands behind him.

Darth Burren: "I have been waiting for you, Jedi. I wanted to tell you that I was wrong."

Rade Danar: "About what?"

Darth Burren: "The Sith. I should never have joined this pathetic order. We focus on killing each other to gain power that we do not deserve. This is not the way of the Dark Side."

Jake Inman: "Then come with us Burren, and we shall take you away from this terrible place."

Burren turned, activating his twin lightsabers.

Darth Burren: "No. I have given up the Sith but I will not abandon the Dark Side!"

Burren rushed forwards, his blades clashing powerfully with the two Jedis'.

Jake Inman: "It does not have to be like this Burren! Come back to us!"

Darth Burren: "No! I cannot!"

Burren spun around and lashed out at both Jedi angrily.

He then spun around and used the Force to pepper Jake with rocks and bones.

Darth Burren: "The Dark is too strong. I will not abandon my oath!"

Rade leapt forwards and landed between Burren and Jake, deflecting the Sith's attack.

Rade Danar: "Honour will get you killed right now Burren. Please, see reason."

Darth Burren: "The darkness hides everything!"

In his crazed state, Burren's defences dropped and Rade lashed out, severing one of Burren's two blades.

Rade Danar: "And the light reveals all that is hidden!"

Darth Burren: "Foolish boy, you know so little."

Burren raised his hand and fired off a bolt of powerful Force lightning, throwing Rade away.

Jake rushed in, swinging with precise strokes of his lightsaber.

Darth Burren: "Ah the Battle-Master! See how he rushes to your aid child."

Burren's blade bit into Jake's arm.

Darth Burren: "See how he will soon fall."

Jake dropped to the floor, clutching his wounded arm.

Darth Burren: "I came here to die. To see how many Jedi I could kill until I was brought down myself. You will be my first kill!"

Rade stood up, the effects of the lightning vanishing from his clouded mind.

Rade Danar: "Master! Catch!"

Rade's lightsaber flew through the air, the blue blad eflaring into life as it span end over end.

Jake snatched the blade from the air and drove it deep into Burren's chest. The Sith gave a gasp of surprise before he fell slowly backwards.

The Jedi stood silently over Burren's body as he twitched painfully on the floor.

Darth Burren: "I am sorry Jedi. I am... Perhaps, I shall find peace now."

Jake Inman: "Go Burren, and may the Force be with you."

The upper levels of the Sith Temple.

Rovaniss: "WHY!!!!!!"

The Emperor roared a string of curses as he kicked over a wooden barrel.

Darth Plaito: "Patience, my fried."

Rovaniss turned angrily on Plaito and stormed towards him.

Rovaniss: "Another Sith is dead! Darth Burren is gone and worse still he turned to the light side as he passed! You promised me power when I found you! You promised you would help me lead the SIth to greatness! But so far all that is happening is that my soldiers are being killed off by the Jedi!"

Darth Plaito: "Then weak, your soldiers are. Your victory, you shall still have. Won, the Jedi have not yet. Killed many Sith have been, but killed many Jedi we have as well."

Rovaniss turned.

Rovaniss: "I suppose."

Darth Plaito: "Go, my friend. Strong you are, kill Jedi you can as well. And remember, only one Sith, there needs to be."

As the door closed behind Rovaniss, Plaito righted the barral and smiled wickedly.

Darth Plaito: "Yes, only one Sith do we need. Only me."

Ha ha, knew it. All the way back from Bloodlines 12: Contact. Knew something was weird about Plaito. Good episode Harry, good to see some redemption in the sith.
