Engine six received a new 2012 Spartan Gladiator MFD/Marion pumper tonight. This apparatus takes the place of a 2012 Seagrave Marauder II Rescue Pumper. The Seagrave was reassigned as Squad 3 and both apparatus are quarted together at Company 6. Engine 6's primary job will be water supply at large incidents. It boasts a 2250 gallon per minute pump, a 500 gallon water tank, 60 gallons of foam (30A/30B) and has as a CAFS system. The rig has roll up doors, a six man air conditioned cab, all Whelen lighting, two Whelen Pioneer brow lights, a Federal Q2B, Grover air horns, and a Whelen electronic siren. Engine six carries a drop tank, 3000 feet of 5" supply hose, and standard firefighting equipment. It responds first out on all fire calls from Company 6. Credit to Zak. O for the cab design!
I like it, but it is illegal without taillights and turn signals, haha! :P Do you mind if I use the cab design, I really like it, would look nice with a Braun Box on it! :)
