World War 1 Tri Plane
This is a World War 1 area tri plane.
About this creation

This isn't any specific plane, just one I made up with the parts I have.

I got the idea when thinking about how to make a rotary engine that the propeller is fixed to the engine and the engine turns. That was a common way to cool aircraft engines at the time.

I used an old black round 4 x 4 x 1 stud turntable that I had since I was a kid. I made it two studs deep by putting a layer of curved "macaroni" shaped bricks on top. Now the whole engine spins with the wooden prop.

There is a singe machine gun firing through the propeller arch for the pilot to operate.

Airshow Time!
