FDNY Ambulance
FDNY Ambulance in 6/7/8 wide
About this creation
I present to you my latest creation, an FDNY ambulance.
The cab is 7 wide with a 6 wide windscreen and roof. The ambulance body is 8 wide.
It has opening front doors, side door and rear doors. The skylight on the roof also opens.
The interior is much the same as the Medlink ambulance that I built earlier this year. It has a wash station, computer terminal, first aid kit, saline drip, clock, lighting and plenty of shelving.
I have to give credit to my eldest son for letting me nick the wheel arches, windscreen and tyres from his 4X4 and dirt bike set.

From both sides of the pond.

Thanks for looking.

first mc andy! now, I have finished the passenger train, it was mostly an aestethic job, as a car, now...since you actually work in transport trains, as man on the feild, it s too good an occasion to let pass me, as I figure you might have terrific ideas and concepts to make it better, ever thought about a great improvement to be done on those? you can direct me to sites to check your designs ideas, and I ll try my best to acheive your vision, how s that for you? only thing, since I have buildings to consider in the equation, let s not play on lenght please, as it will make it impossible to finish! I await your suggestions andy, the ball is yours!

These look very nice, indeed. I'd choose other wheels but that's just me. Those vehicles really look realistic. Bravo!

A brilliant looking MOC, complete with loads of details like the opening skylight, aircon unit over the cab and the red lights hidden behind the front grille. On top of this there's space for two crew up front! Brilliant building.

Quoting Marcus Paul Awesome! I like the beefy overall look, the several offsets, the colour design, the use of the new mudguards and especially the shaping of the door sills. Very nice that it fits 2 figs. A very beautiful ambulance. Hopefully you'll add it to the Minifig Cars Group!
Thanks mate. Did you notice I've changed the lights as I can't believe I made such a glaring error when I first posted this a couple of days ago.
