Two interiors
These are two components from my first building attempt for round 4 of the Moc Olympics. I have since scrapped the idea these parts belonged to, but thought as my first attempt at interiors they might be interesting to post in their own right.

These are excellent - perfectly good minifig scale scenes. Your entry does show the advantages to going bigger.

Quoting Mike Johnson I must admit I was a bit confused at first. I honestly thought you had the category about going to Hades but after going back to look at the matchups I now realize that one actually went to someone else. The funny thing is that I have quite a few alien based sets to work with so I wonder what my warped mind would of concocted? Oh well, maybe next time. Any hoot, best of luck in this category, you'll still need it my friend!
I have no alien sets to speak of, so I was planning something left field here. The shots here give no clue what that might have been, and simply give an idea of some of the locations. Anyway, I've gone a completely different way now. I will need luck, no doubt of that. My main aim is to give Stuart a good match, my chances of winning are small I fear.

Quoting David Roberts A real departure and I think that you've done a good job! I like how you've made the folded legs for the seated mini-figs and the speakers by the TV. Nice modern art on the wall too! Could you use 1x1 tiles on the top of the seated figures legs to keep the look of two legs?
I think you are right about the 1x1 tiles. I'll keep that in mind if I use this technique again.
