Lego set 10228: Monster Fighters Haunted House built the scale and style of the mini modular buildings.
About this creation

Happy early Halloween! A few weeks of working during Lego lessons and a Bricklink order for sand green 1x2 plates and 1x1 bricks with stud on side and I finally finished. You can also see the comparison to my mini modular Town Hall

And here we have the mini modular town which sits on our mantle.

This looks so cool, just like the big one. I really like the apex of the roof. Dave, thanks for your feedback on my latest. I have responded and will try out your idea asap - it sounds brilliant

Thanks for all the kind comments peeps! Don't forget, if you like it, you could build this yourself; it's not that hard to figure it out from the pictures, and if you don't have the sand green, make a version in another color! xo ~Dave

It looks like it was a challenge to build! All your other mini modulars are clean and organized, so a worn-down building like a haunted house must have made you think outside the box. Nice work!

Excellent! The details you've worked in are quite impressive, and I think it was worth the Bricklink order to get those sand green pieces.

Excellent build Dave! I really love those mini modulars and plan to do some of my own in the (distant) future. I think you captured the essence of the haunted house very well, and makes a great addition to your town. BTW, I've kept my mini mods built up also...they're one of the LEGO sets ever.

Quoting Daniel Henson Sorry but the town hall is way to small.
You're right, it is too small. I tried to build it in 1/4 style, and everything lined up with the real town hall, but when I compared it to the other mini modulars, it was out of scale. I will have to go back and extend it a bit. The best part about Lego is that we all have unique interpretations; thanks for sharing yours. ~Dave

Dave you are becoming the KING OF MINI MODULARS! And your rule is wonderful especially since I just watched a video on the revamping of Disney's 'IT'S A SMALL WORLD' how well this fit in! Please come and see all the work I did on my newest 'STORYBOOK' character - ALADDIN! It's my biggest undertaking!
