Kokara the Wretched

Biography: Kokara is an ancient creature that was created by the Great Beings. He was one of the six first attempts to make sentient beings that could control elements, in this case Ice. However, he was too powerful and turned against the Great Beings, after which he and his five 'brothers' tried to take over Spherus Magna, in which they succeeded. During this time, Kokara ruled over the White Quartz Mountains, despite Onumar's complaints.
Kokara and his 'brothers' were eventually defeated by the combined efforts of the Great Beings and the Glatorian, and they were sealed away in alternate dimensions, where they have remained ever since.

Tools and abilities: Kokara can control Ice, perhaps even better than a Toa of Ice can. He is also highly intelligent. He carries a Frost Sword, which has blades that freeze anything they come into contact with. He also has a sharp claw and a tail with a sharp blade on the tip.

I'm decently satisfied with how this MOC turned out. The legs need work though.
This is the last one for now. Number 6 is still a work in progress, unfortunately.

Quoting Gringat the Repugnant The legs 'do' need work. I suggest an extra ankle joint - maybe make him a bit spindlier and spikier like his old form as well? The bulky, smooth contours of his body don't fit so well with that head design.
