Hydra
After my LUG's display, I will finally have time to upload and build again... This one was made in the three days' time, a few hours all together.
About this creation
When I listened to The Wings of the Hydra while playing Heroes of Might and Magic 2, I got strongly inspired. Sadly, that was one month before my country's LUG's display - KockeFest, which is wehn all my travis bricks were either in the black dragon, rocks or trees, so I could not do much abou it. Luckily, the inspiration persisted, so I built this creation relatively fast.

There will be a yellow-light gray version with some improved features and additional details when I have all necessary bricks for that.

it already looks pretty good, I could tell it was an hydra from the start, you have nt been very productive in my absence, 2 creations? it seems you used to do more, although much smaller than your magnificent fortress.

Cool work! I think the colors and the 'shape' look great. At first it looked bigger than it actually is. 5 smilies.

Quoting Benhamin Eukatah Great job, will it devour your cats?
I am more worried about the opposite event.

Quoting BobaFett 2 Fantastic! Sorry about not commenting earlier - this was designed for LBoP, right?
It is the prototype, I might still change it. Not 100% sure about official techniques.

I'm not particularly familiar with Hydra's (aside from the multiple head thing), but this one looks nice. Nice use of minifig bricks for the heads, and good flexibility. I do agree that the body either needs to longer or shorter. Right now it's not sure if it's a full dragon or a sprite/chibi IMO. That being said, it IS an excellent dragon. Can't wait to see how the yellow one turns out!

Wow, this is very good, a bit different from what I picture a Hydra looking like, but at least the heads are fantastic.

Quoting MCLegoboy ! Neat! I like the heads a lot becuse rhey use some excellent parts. Are the tongues quite possibly Rotta the Hutt's arms, or are they modified pieces?
They are minifigure hands.

Try taking one of the heads apart, another will grow and you'll soon have an endless supply of pieces :D Anyway lovely work on each head and the overall shaping :)

Quoting Thoy Bradley make the necks a bit longer so to increase the definition between each head
I could do that, but the only problem here is the colour. They are supposed to be this close to each other, but you can not see the shadow. It looks much better in person, which is apropriate for my plans with it.
Quoting Medieval Guy be a little longer?
Actally, since I am working with a reference picture/sprite, I have to disagree with the comments. This may look better than what I have planned, but I need to make it even shorter.

Not bad! Maybe the next version can be a little longer? Aside from maybe being a bit stubby, this is excellent.

Fantastic! I love the idea and the details are superb! My only thoughts here would be to make the necks a bit longer so to increase the definition between each head, they are kinda close to each other. Apart from that, this is a beast no minifig should challenge lightly! ~Thoy
