About this creation
I present you building #15 of the MegaMOC 2012. The last one!
(Bus&Train station, City Hall and Used Cars Sales has not yet been presented, although they were finished some time ago...)

Unfortunatly, it will be the BACK side of the MOC that is going to be initially visible to the spectator...

As this building is in the foreground, it is equipped with a detailed interior;

Actually, it can be separated into indivial floors, although I have no plans for decorating the two upper floors at the moment.

As it is the interior decoration that is the strong point with this MOC, I´ll show you some closeups of that;

Notice the raised booth;

As usual, I have yet to give the shop a name, and put it on a sticker in the front. How´s about "The Frosty Palace"¿? lol

Credits: Some details were inspired by Legohaulic, and the Wurlitzer is possibly a Misterzumbi creation.

Ciao!

I m careful with the vehicles kits now, as I have enough, but, structures, basic bricks, it s ok I get more, as I need ext sets for stories, like star trek tv serie, [small ship, 4-5 ship scenes + ext scenes - planets] I try for specials, but, I won t live forever, and I want to finish this futuristic examplar city, THIS YEAR! I m loosing patience, I don t care about how much I could save by waiting, I want it finished last year, I m making good progress now that I m single, and no familly, I ll manage alta-5 much better now, and I have some help for the last locations, paul beach is working on a ciment factory in Cybercity, I know how to do my vertical farm, I have all elements for the elevated parking, most elements, material I already have in inventory, tf takes care of trains, he s pretty good too, you re still an esstemed member of 'plastic engineers of tomorrow' while you specialize in reproduction, I know better than to think you re limited to that, I ll wait until you re inspired to go star trek, lol!

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 In all you did before, this is my fav from you, I want one, I m checking at the store for friends kits to do one, it will be my design, but, it will have the same colors, or real close, it s so beautiful! a shame I can t reproduce the juke box, I dont have the chrome parts.
Thanks for the comment! I use just a few pieces from many different Friends sets. It would really not be worth it to buy sets just for this one. You´re much better off with BrickLink!!!

Great stuff! At first sight I thought the colour contrasts at the front might be too strong, but they are not - this is what happens by "modernizing" older buildings. The interior is extremely tasteful - no doubts about the colours here ;-) Looking forward to the whole thing!

The color and shape of those booth benches is absolutely perfect! It creates such a powerful sense of recognition. It comes to the viewers mind in a rush. All the places we have seen that are JUST LIKE THAT. That juke box is just the icing on the cake. Really good work. Can I get a coke with those fries? Attack!

That jukebox is awesome. It's my favorite part of the build. The whole build looks great. Excuse the bad grammar. It's usually better. And now I'm rambling.

Wow, I´m overwhelmed with so many nice comments for this small piece. I am happy that you liek it so much, because I am REEEEALLY feeling the strain on my Lego-vault after 24 vehicles and 15 buildings done. I couldnt expand the MegaMOC with any more stuff, even if I wanted to. lol Also, I feel obliged to repeat that the jukebox is not my design, but something I have seen on Misterzumbi´s Flickr-page. And a special thankyou to Hrvoje Majetich for that comment! :-)
