Porsche 804
About this creation
The Porsche 804 was a Formula One racing car produced in 1962, following the 718 and 787. The flat-8 air-cooled engine powered car developed 180 hp at 9,200 rpm gave Porsche its only F1 wins as a chassis maker, at the 1962 French Grand Prix by Dan Gurney.

Hello Mr. Malte, This may sound a bit weird, but I saw you have a rebrick account, and was wondering if you could bookmark some of my creations. Hope this doesn't sound too weird. :) Thanks, Alex

Wow! The way you managed to connect the weels to the body is just insanenly well done, the fact that it is also really able to steer is the icing on the cake!

Quoting Senator Chinchilla . Do you mean to suggest that you made functional steering linkage with string?
yes! a string from left to right (rear). a string from left to center to right (front) this string pulls left and right. the other two strings are only for decoration. (front to the middle). the steering is connected to the driver's head. the driver looks at the right side and the car moves to the right. but it is very fragile!
Quoting Senator Chinchilla . If so that's just insane. If not it still looks properly good. Just like the rest of the car. Great detailing everywhere, and as usual even some details I didn't even expect to see!
