Bespin, roughly the same time as the events in Bloodlines 11: Fallen Legend .

Darth Soru sighed as he stared out across the white clouds of Bespin, ever since his encounter with the clones he had felt lost, as though he was not as powerful as he should be.

The soft sound of footsteps broke his train of thought and Michael spun around to see Darth Jessra approaching him.

Darth Soru: "Jessra, what are you doing here?"

Darth Jessra: "I can feel your thoughts Michael. You are having doubts about your place in the Empire?"

Darth Soru: "I need to be more. I should be more!"

Jessra slid her arms around Michael and kissed him firmly on the lips.

Darth Jessra: "And you will be. You just need to be patient, my love."

Darth Soru: "I will show them all! When I am through with the EMpire my father will bow at my feet and Rovaniss' head will be on a spike!"

Darth Jessra: "And I will stand by your side, your loving Queen."

Darth Soru: "When the time is right, my love."

Further into the facility, Rachel Soru guided her way through the dark tunnels by the warm glow of her lightsaber. The Jedi had received word of strange activities within an abandoned facility on Bespin and Rachel and Yurren Relm had gone to investigate.

Rachel Soru: "Master Relm?"

She sighed as her comlink brought up nothing but static.

Rachel Soru: "Great, on my own as usual."

Suddenly a jolt of lightning struck Rachel between her shoulder blades.

Darth Abrax: "Not as alone as you might think child."

Michael and Jessra were talking quietly when Abrax forced Rachel through the door to the room.

Darth Soru: "Abrax! What..."

Darth ABrax: "Your sister, My Lord."

Rachel grunted as Abrax threw her to the floor before Michael.

Darth Soru: "Rachel? WHy are you here?"

Rachel Soru: "Hello Michael! Oh you know, just thought I'd have a nose around."

Darth Jessra: "It is a sign Michael. Proof of your power. Strike her down! Begin your conquest of your family!"

Rachel Soru: "Don't listen to her Michael! She's manipulating you!"

Darth Abrax passed Michael Rachael's lightsaber.

Darth Abrax: "Her weapon, My Lord."

As Michael went to take the weapon, Rachael leapt to her feet. She brought her boot up and kicked Abrax away, snatching hold of her lightsaber as she did so and severing the shackles on her wrists.

Darth Jessra: "Clever trick girl, but now where do you go?"

Rachel Soru: "Down."

Summoning the Force, Rachel pushed Michael and Jessra to one side and charged through one of the glass windows.

She hit the landing platform below and rolled forwards against the impact, coming up and pulling out her comlink.

Rachel Soru: "Yurren, come in! I need an immediate evac, now!"

Yurren Relm: "Copy that! I'm on my way!"

Darth Abrax: "Not so fast girl!"

Rachel Soru: "Ha! I should have got rid of you ages ago Abrax!"

Rachel charged the Bith, their blades clashing violently against each other.

The weaved back and forth across the small platform, a blur of colour as their blades swung wildly about their bodies.

Suddenly, Rachel unleashed a powerful FOrce push that knocked Abrax into a group of pylons.

Abrax snorted as he jumped to his feet, firing lightning at some nearby barrels that exploded in a shower of fire that launched Rachel backwards.

Abrax cackled as he fired more lightning at Rachel.

Darth Abrax: "You are pathetic Rachel Soru! You do not deserve to hold the Soru name!"

Rachel's face suddenly set in determination.

Rachel Soru: "But I do hold it. I am Jedi, I am the daughter of Harash Soru, I am a Soru!"

Rachel leapt into the air and drew her arms and legs towards her chest. The whole world seemed to move in slow motion as Abrax's face fell and he tried to scramble away.

But it was far too late. Rachel threw her arms and legs wide resulting in a powerful Force repulse that tore up the landing platform and threw Abrax into the air.
The Bith screamed in terror as he tumbled from the platform down into the murky skies of the gas giant below.

Rachel landed on the floor as the engines of Master Relm's ship filled her ears. Before she jumped up onto the landing pad she looked across and fixed her brother with a sad stare.

Rachel Soru: "Until next time, my dear brother."

Harash Soru's office, the day of his and Rachel's return.

Hara stared at the small blue image as it formed on his holo-pad.

Harash Soru: "Rovaniss."

Rovaniss: "Soru."

Harash Soru: "This war has gone on long enough. For to long we have been picking at each other's defences. It is time we finished this once and for all."

Rovaniss: "I'm listening."

Harash Soru: "One final battle. Your Empire against my Order. We finish this now."

Rovaniss stared silently at the image of the Grand Master for a long time before nodding.

Rovaniss: "Prakith, two weeks time. I'll see you there."

Rovaniss shut off the holo-pad and turned to Darth Plaito.

Rovaniss: "It's done."

Darth Plaito: "Yes. Begun, the end of the Jedi has."
