W-O-W!!! I can't believe I missed this one! What a gigantic enormous great creation! I simply love it! The sheer size of it is amazing, but you also added lots of little details and functionalities that just puts the "playability" factor through the roof! Great work! |

I wish I had that kind of ship when I was a kid dreaming about a BIG LL918... Respect! you avoided the trick of the size and you really kept the classic space spirit on the design. Can you add some more inside-pics and from under views? Special "I like" for the turrets, I was always complaining about lego designers who did not put canons and lasers on the ships... THANKS, Parrington for this amazing tribute!! ;) |

amazing build! would love more shots of inside as well as the fighters. Also i dont think 1 lil astro mech could handle a ship that size lol. to bad the fighters are not marked as 918's would have been cool :) 1 last note if this is a 924 mk iii would hate to see the size of the 928 mk iii lol
Mate you may have just clued me in on what my next build should be:) |

Totally retro a new MOC with an old flavor it's like we just traveled back to 1977! I loved the way you gave us the dimensions in studs! A very interesting idea! Thinking out of the box! Loved the commissary complete with a sink! Hey you had room to show some sleeping cots - the hospital stretchers would have been excellent! 2 with a 2x2 brick to separate them would have indicated that! to the right of the pillars opposite the conference table!
Haha, why Nick it's as if you have seen the moc in real or something. The sleeping cots are exactly where you surmised they should be, and there is also a hospital stretcher on that side, lol. I will upload that pic also today just for you mate :) |
