About this creation
Lego Obsessionist vs LukeSC Overlord
"Cross the ocean": create a boat, ship, raft, plank vessel...anything that floats and convince the judges that it could cross the ocean. Think of this as the "will it float" category from past games. The difference here is we're asking for a specific kind of vessel, one that could cross an ocean. Please include a picture of your creation floating on water.

My opponent's entry.

So, the pictures are up! Took me long enough to get around to it, too.

It's motorized, it's incredibly agile both on land and water. There was an old hillbilly who decided to get rich hoarding the diminishing supply of Helium, so he did, and he build a boat around it to distribute it. It has a detachable hull, but it can't float with it. Enjoy.

Stylistically, you lost. Functionally, you blew Luke out of the water. Were I to chose a boat to cross an ocean with, I too would without doubt choose yours, and you have my vote as well. I love the use of the PaB container! Genius!

Congratulations on your victory. You definitely had me on the 'floating' part. While I am disappointed that I won't be moving on, a better part of me must thank you for getting me out, because now I can focus on 'real life'. Good luck!

Incredible! Brilliant use of the pic-a-brick containers. If there's a Lego boat that can cross the ocean, this is it! Thanks for adding that video, it gave some nice insight. Looks like you've got it in the bag for this one!

The power functions are what tipped my vote as well. While you're opponent had a cleaner looking build, motorizing this was a good choice on your part. Now... as soon as you add this to the group... you have my vote. Like we said in our response to you, don't leave it to the last minute next round. ~ Chris.
