Advanced battlefield systems
The federal government of cheyenne takes great pride in announcing that for the first time since the collapse of the worlds economy, new weapon systems are being released too the general public. These new weapons are strictly being used for military purposes, and civilians will not be able to buy them.
About this creation
The new M-81 series armored utility vehicle, is currently being used by the Coalition for infantry carrying, and support. There are two current variants the M-81 infantry fighting vehicle, and the M-81 A1 armored troop carrier.

Stat for the vehicle is as follows...

Produced by General Industries land Co. in Siouxfalls Cheyenne

Weight 18 tonnes
Crew 2-9
armor 7 inches.. classified presumed to be composite
armament 40mm auto cannon, or 20mm machine gun
top speed 68 mph
suspension 8×8 wheeled
range 400+ miles

The M-81 series used a bio diesel engine capable of producting brute force energy to power the armored monster. The engine was developed by Advanced bio systems in Newark.

The new advanced gladius howitzer is a state of the art land artillery, utilizing new technology. Its main gun is chambered for the alliance 155mm artillery round, and is capable of non line of sight firing, and multiple round simultaneous impact. This feature is expected to crush the non patriotic scum that infect the ruined nations like a scourge.
The system is made of ultra light alloys that allow it to be transported under slung by a helicopter, or by light vehicles. The biggest advantage is the shell… the 155mm guided Beowulf munition, which uses a classified method that increases the range to 30 miles.

The main resupply vehicle for infantry is the new crusader drone. This system is ultra light and can carry over 400 pounds of equipment. The guidance system is very primitive, seeing as its 2004 technology, it isn’t autonomous, and is guided by infantry, or by remote control.

This HAS to be my best yet, The photos I took with an SLR, and I used a light box.
another creation is expected soon, so check up.

try making the wheels on the 8x8 bigger. they look rather puny compared to its size.

Quoting Jamie hampton awsome! i love the detail you put into it! how long did it take you to build it?
The APC took about 2 hours in total, and the rest about 3, all creations spread out over two days.

Quoting Matthew McCall It's good to see some new creations from you agian, everything here is great. The crossbow IFV is very well built, with lot's of greebling and a fairly advanced chasis design. The armament choice was interesting, as it has a high power 40mm cannon, but lacks a lighter machine gun or any missiles. I'm not sure how this would compare to a setup like what I use, but I do know they both have their advantages. The APC is also cool, and the drone design is highly realistic. While the howitzer is excellently made, I noticed you put down a range of 41 miles. I had thought we were done putting down unrealistic stats for our creations :P . Not even the most modern state of the art rocket-assisted rounds can come close to 41 miles, as the average about a range of 20 miles. Anyway, keep up the good building!
Thanks for commenting. I sort of just winged it with the range An m777 with an excaliber has a range of 35 miles if set correctly, I will probably say around 20 with out the beo, and 30 with, is that good?

These are some very cool machines! Cool details and nice funnctions. I would consider making the engine cover smooth though. That way, incoming fire is more likely to be deflected away from the engine :-)

Quoting Michael Rutherford The howitzer is nice. I agree about the barrel. It will look better when it is thicker. Why the tracked drone for support? What is the advantage? Can either the drone or the APC tow the howitzer? That would be a nice feature. Also, I would love to see the troop compartment for the APC. Attack!
Thanks for the comment. The drone is basicly an unmanned version of the mule, would be ultra light, portable, and could carry heavy munitions or supplies in combat where vehicle crews couldnt go, or would be to hazardous.

Nice work man! Good to see some new stuff from you. The APC is beastly! It doesn't say it in the description, but it looks like it could easily be amphibious. The Howitzer is awesome as well!

Quoting Matthew Sylvan That's a lot of stuff. All of these are well designed creations. I have a real brick tank too, I will post it sometimes. Some criticism. The barrell of the artillery should be thicker. I use this size for guns between 75mm and 90mm. For a 155mm gun those technic tubes are better. I understand if you don't have these pieces. You mentioned me at the end. Does my PSH inspired your Crossbow's hull?
Yeah I liked it so I gave some credit, as it was an inspiration. I sadly dont have enough technic tubes, a bricklink order is planned for a future creation, an NLOS mortor.
