A massive horde from the darkest regions of Aethros have begun to assail the capitol city of Citadelus, home of the nation of Illarium, during the final stages of the Terron War.
Lord Archello and his Royal Guards of Navellos quickly aided the Illarium, along with the Iron Dwarves of the Plaxiom Mountains.
The three allied nations formed a massive army and stood against the invading tide, which consisted of four other nations that survived through the war.
The first nation are the Demorfs, who are evil dwarves who once dug too deep in the earth and have become twisted versions of themselves and later transformed into demonic beings.
Second is the Orcish tribe of Dagron, who came from the outer reaches of Aethros to pillage and burn anything that was Human.
Next was the berzerking Uruk-Kais, a race of super Trolls from the northern tribe of Pronarch.
Even the traitorous Dragon Knights of the Perilton Order have turned their backs on humanity as they too joined forces with the dark horde.
"For glory!"
Here the two mighty armies of seven nations clashed against each other in a massive battle that has streched for miles. They fought from the walls of the Citadelus, to the high cliffs of the Jagged Hills.

Fourth wall commentary:
Where to begin... Well, for starters I used my entire collection of castle-related pieces to pull this off.
For the Seven Nation Army category I wanted to make some large scale battle that wasn't restricted to only minifigs.
I was later inspired by some of the battles from the LOTR films to make a forced perspective scene where two armies are converging to one direction.
The Moc itself is a total 128 studs long and was divided into four seperate elevated sections for each foreshortened scene (thank goodness there were no restrictions).
The first section had minifig-sized figures, while the second section had micro-sized minifigs.
The third and fourth had tiny bits of black and gray pieces, making it look like there was over a hundred or so in the distance.

The hardest part for me was not the Moc, but finding a suitable background large enough to cover around the Moc (without falling on it..), and also having good lighting and photography.
But now I have an even greater challenge in front of me, which is to clean this all up before Round 2!
Really excellent work. The rock work is stunning and I love the citadelus. This is also some of the most effective forced perspective I've seen in a LEGO build. There are a couple shots that make it look like an epic, (I think this word is used entirely too much, but in this case, it's appropriate), battle. Really excellent work choosing which pieces would represent the distant armies. Very effective. Well done.
What an incredible build! It looks like a chaotic battle, I love the forced perspective and the placement of all those battlehardened minifigs. It must have been a fiddly but fun process placing them. Excellent work, I like very much.
Stormbringer, that's obviously you! Wonderful build, the FP is just amazing! Can't wait to see the cleaned up pics! Also, I was hoping my entry to be the largest - as it turns out HUGE - but your 128 studs beat my 80... Well, I still have to finish it and post it ! Best of luck to you
Pretty epic MOC... Battles are hard, man. But I never thought of "seven nation army" being two armies. I guess if everybody is cool with it, that would only be my nit-picking, since I can not find anything particularly wrong with this creation.
Before I start raving about the figures, let me congratulat you on the micro-castle and the rockwork; both are incredibly well-done backdrops for this awesome scene. And then there are the armies! All of the figs look gorgeous, of course, and you did a great job posing them. The crowdedness of the real-scale figs gives an illusion that there are more, even without the FP! Excellent work as always, and I can't wait to see what you bring to this year's competition!
This is an epic piece of forced perceptive work. It all looked a bit messy in the thumbnail, but it intrigued me so I clicked, and man am I glad I did. That first picture over the top of the battle to the castle in the distance is just incredible. 10/10 - you thoroughly deserve entry to the next round.
Haha. Should have seen something this big coming from you. Excellent work. Man, that's a lot of minifigs. I was almost surprised to not see any dragons flying above the battlefield. Anyway, good luck in the games! :)
Good work. I can tell a lot of work went into it. I like that you showed how you did the FP. Massive (almost cluttered) MOCs like this are always hard to photograph well and come off much better in person, but you did a really nice job with it.
