Devastater-Class Mech
After a week of work, I present you the Devastator-Class Combat Mech! This project was quite interesting to make as I have never before made mechs this size; my previous ones were quite tiny. I thought the joints were so easy to make until I tried to make my mech stand.... I was still picking up the pieces five minuets later. Anyways, I'll stop my ceaseless rambling and get on with the photos.
About this creation

Some random shots.

Sorry a bit fuzzy. You can see the 8x unguided rockets launchers on each side. The design is not mine, but Brian Kescenovitz's.

Did you see that Tim C? I actually fit ONE WHOLE minifig inside! HA!

The RMX-78 Vulcan gatling gun that turns anything thats not a tank into Swiss cheese. If you didn't get that, just search a picture of Swiss cheese on the web. You'll see what I mean.

The two rail guns that hurls solid rods of metal at 4,900+ mph, so don't get in the way. And on the sides are three guided missiles. Come quite handy for blowing up things that annoy you.

Final shot.

Well, thank you very much for viewing this, and as always, rate and comment. I'd love some feed back on this as its my first larger mech. Cya guys later!

Quoting Tim C Hello, again, Mastermind. Did you get whatever problems you were having figured out?
Hello! Well, I started on another failed attempt on the feet. I was about to trash it again when I thought it looked like part of a spacecraft when I turned it sideways... so..... Stay tuned for a spacecraft post :P

The gattling gun is a great little feature on an overall very well made mech. Your micro scale greebling is translating well into your other MOCs.

Quoting Tim C Sweet mech, Mastermind. I'm always looking forward to seeing what you put out next. Nice greebling throughout and I love all the weaponry. Yes, it would be unwise to get in that thing's way. Everything about this mech looks very deliberate and well-planned. Oh, and by the way, I did a little silent cheer when I saw the full, intact fig nestled all snug in the cockpit. Great work. I am in the finishing stages of a mech myself, so keep an eye out.
Thank you Mr. Tim! I'm really looking forward to your first mech! I'm sure it'll be awesome.

This is a very well structured mech. The legs seem a little large for the torso, but it is a minor detail, (possibly even a matter of preference) not a glaring flaw. The armaments are well done and I enjoyed the way you integrated the cockpit part on an angle.

Quoting Matthew McCall Very nice job on this mech, it's your best one yet hands down. Yes, it would be much more agile than Christian Bish's mech, and overall it's a good deal more practical) and you can build more per week), and would even be able to win a 1-1 fight against them, albiet not every time. However, this is hardly an agile mech design from the look of it, but more of all-around style leg. Also, I see no reason to build a mech transport, as that would either mean a mech which carries troops, which is utterly impractical compared to something like an IFV, or a vehicle that carries mechs, which isn't needed since mechs can move themselves. Anyway, excellent work on this above-average mech design!
Thanks for the comment and time Matthew! Yeah, come to think of it, mechs like these aren't exactly agile :P

Quoting Christian Bish Nice, i hope that you make a mech transport. You might need of more pieces to make it. Anyway, I dont think that it can match the firepower and long range missiles that MAX-class Recon Assault Mecha but it might.
Yep, you definitely loaded up your mechs with weapons. Mine is lightly armed but its agile. (I think)
