Hi Guys, You'll have to forgive me, I'm doing something that I really don't like doing... Something that really annoys me and I try to avoid it... Cancelling a series.
About this creation
Yes, you heared me correctly. I am cancelling one of my comics. Hunt for "God" Is still going strong, so that's fine. Love and Hate, well, that's not up to me. That technically is Eathuis's story, He gives his awesome intellect, I give my MOCs and animation. The one that sadly I am cancelling is Quest of the Sword.
Don't judge! Well, ok, go judge, I suck :P
Well, one of the reasons is that the other storys in which I put more effort into contradict it. For example, Astrok had died in Hunt for "God", and Astrok is an important villain in the story.
Another problem is Love and Hate. Love and Hate stars the main characters in Quest of the Sword. So this complicates things because the characters are in different places and doing different things at the same time. And if faced with the choice to eliminate Hunt for "God" or Quest of the Sword, like I am now, I would rather eliminate Quest of the Sword.
The thing also is that I haven't had the energy to make it lately. The next sequance of it was going to be some outside shots, and I have not had the energy to take so many MOCs out into my garden. Besides, in the place I live, Lego isn't too popular, and I swear that the people on the street can see through the bushes into my garden.
The main reason that I wanted to cancel it was that Quest of the Sword is kinda outdated for me. Yeah, I know it was my first ever comic and installment of the Racta Magna story, and it was fun to do at the time, and there were some people who enjoyed reading it at the time, but Quest of the Sword was old. I was still getting used to photography and story, so compared to now, the story was questionable, and the quality was mediocre, but I could never recreate that.
So what I'm going to do is to leave up the new version of it, but It won't finish it.
I hate cancelling stories, it's kinda unprofesional and it's a bit of a letdown, but hey, You still have Hunt for "God" and Love and Hate that're still going strong. Feel free to look at zem :D

I did start on a sequal, but I can't finish it. and I won't cancel Hunt for "God"!! :P |
