So true! I bet one of these photoshopping wizards around here could meld the two! I'm really going to have to get moving in that direction! I've been using a (no-longer-a-secret-now) magnetic hook on my stove top to take all my aerial pix! Last night I recalled my daughter had a magnetic picture board with a cloud background, so I tried to take aerial pix of Smaug using my magnetic hook. But, the magnetism of the board was not strong enough to hold Smaug! :)

Yes, I see him as a most comical fellow! I read all sorts of things to/with my daughters, but I never, alas, read them the Hobbit. They read it to themselves when they got older, and it was they who got me hooked! :)

Awesome! The design is cool, but the limbs look really floppy and weak compared to the body. I suggest buffing them up.

I can remember that I sent you the little comment "You should make Smaug!" in one of my earlier comments. I know that it is a hard piece of work to make Smaug, but he turned out perfectly, you found a good way for the design! I love the red-golden look and the unique head design! (5/5)

This dragon reminds me of a great revamp of the one that came with the Viking sets, and you made it looks very cool! The head looks, fully custom, really great and the rest of the body matches the dragon shape, too!
