About this creation


The Ziegler Z8 is a widely-used crash tender at German airports. It's used in Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt. Even the Bundeswehr (German Army respectively Air force) uses this vehicle for firefighting.



The Z8 is moved by a MAN V-12 diesel engine with 1000 hp. It needs ca. 26 seconds from o to 80 km/h.



The tanks are filled with 12500 liters of Water and 1250 liters of foam. Enough to stop a big fire.
