The first installment to my Zombie-Apoc series.

Griffin: Welcome to The Facility! I see you have a briefcase...there a weapon inside?
Luke: Yes, its a Maxsell Jackal Full Auto.
Griffin: Um...what happened to your hand?
Luke:...
Griffin: Okay...will you eventually tell me?
Luke: Yes.
Griffin:(Mumbles) To the roof...
Junker: They got a nice place here, artillery, plants that I think are mutated, and some chairs. I see how this used to be a lab.
Jacob:...
Junker: Awkward...
Miles: I can't believe we're in ANOTHER apocalypse. But this time, zombies? What's the explanation THIS time dude?
Kyle: Something to do with Alta 5, a science experimental lab.
Miles: Well, that explains it. Scientists = An experiment gone wrong = Apocalypse
Griffin gets up to the roof of The Facility.
Griffin: Ugh, a little help?
Bruce:...
Caleb: Sorry, he fell asleep a few minutes ago.
Caleb helps Griffin up.
Griffin: None of the others know?
Caleb: None.
Griffin: Good.
Ben: Shouldn't we get more better security?
Griffin: Well,...
Griffin looks down from the roof.
Griffin: I think a change is in order...
Bruce:...
Griffin: Wake up!
Bruce:...Huh?
Griffin: I need to inform The New Resistance of what their new mission. I'll be right back everyone.
Griffin gets down from the roof.
Griffin: Alright gather around! You all know why your here, you know, Alta 5...anyways, sense none of you brought decent weaponry, we have some leftover from the Alien Apocalypse. You guys might want to step back. Drop em' boys!
Weapons dropped from the upper levels, and landed in the middle.
Griffin: Alright, dig in!
Everyone took the weapons like a hungry pack of wolves, fighting for dinner.
Griffin: Alright, Jacob, Jace,(With his sniper) Junker, and Slicer "X", you guys are going on a mission. The streets have been covered with zombies, you guys need to fend em' off and protect any citizens you find from those mutated beasts...Oh, and take some wood for barricades, the resources mining site has been infested, which means no metal.
The five made it to a certain point in the streets, and put the wood in a pile.
Luke: Alright, let's set up!
They all set up the barricades, ready for an attack.
Slicer "X": We have incoming Undead, everyone get ready for the horde!
Jace: I have them in sights.
Jace's finger was on the trigger of his sniper, he loaded the gun and prepared to fire the long-barreled weapon. He turned off the safety, and finally pulled the trigger at the undead human.
He hit it straight in the head, blood spilling out.
Jacob: Keep goin', we need enough time for the citizens to escape safely!
Back at The Facility.
Griffin: Alright, we're here to see what was the whole cause of this apocalypse.
Jones: You mean, "hear" instead of "see"?
Griffin: Who said we were hearing? We're seeing, I have a holopad, it shows footage or any camera pictures. We need to know our enemies don't we? Slash, you do the honors.
Slash turned on the holopad, and pressed a button, showing the first picture.
Griffin: This, is The Flood. Its a parasite that used to be in Halo, I have no idea how it was created...anyways, this, is the cause of the apocalypse. Well, sort of. Slash?
Slash: I got it.
He pressed the button, showing an image of a Grunt.
This is The Covenant, one of the most strongest alien forces. They had accidentally released The Flood at one point, after it was locked out. Spartan117 and The Arbiter had helped destroy The Flood, though there was still some DNA that the scientists found.
Slash clicked to the next slide.
The next slide showed security video footage of the incident of Alta 5.
Griffin: The incident of Alta 5, those poor scientists...How the incident happened? Well, the scientists found some DNA of The Flood, and were experimenting, but as it turns out, The Flood was coming back to life. It broke out of its container, and started an attack on the scientists, infecting all of them. Apparently, some scientists are still alive.
Slash turned off the holopad.
Our mission, is to find a cure for the infected ones. We haven't found anything, but the scientists have. We have to get into Alta 5...
No choices for today.

I don't have curly hair, I don't have Caleb OCM's face, someone is already using a combat knife and sniper. I can use the name though, and leather jacket and pants. |
