I'll Huff and I'll Puff!
About this creation
"Little pig little pig, let me come in"

"Not by the hairs on my chinny, chinny, chin!"

"Then I'll huff! And I'll puff! And I'll BLOW YOUR HOUSE IN!"

The Three Little Pigs

This is the final house from the story, made out of brick where all three pigs are now living and which the wolf cannot blow down.

And the three little pigs are inside having tea and crumpets, resting safe in the knowledge that wolf can't blow down their brick house.

"I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house in."

Oh, so cute. He's not scary little pigs.

I don't know why their house looks like your Grandma's house... or why the wolf is dressed like a musketeer... I don't plan anything, I just play.

Silly wolf, don't you know you can't blow down brick houses with your breath alone? You'll need an earthquake to do that...

This is great fun and brilliantly done. I love the pig with the gold top: his fat gold tummy and legs that don't reach the floor made me smile. The wolf's breath is great too. Who would have thought that Lego made clear engine blocks? Excellent building.

Millie, you have seduced me yet again with your wondrous beauty, oh and of course your unique style to bringing these stories to life in brick! Being born in the year of the Year of the Pig, I should be rooting for the swine but I've always had a soft spot for adorable little wolfies like you have here. So my vote is get that pooch some dynamite and a deep fat fryer so he can make some fried bacon skins and ribs for dinner! Meow my dear, meow.

Oh, Mills this is WONDERFUL! Love the pigs, but the wolf is out of this world. It's such a far cry from the reality-based approach I take in my building - with the whimsical subjects, light-hearted build style, the bright colors, and so on. Maybe that's why I enjoy your work so much. This stuff is just down right, unabashedly, 100%, top-choice, grade-A FUN!

More beauty, Leda. I love this whimsical style that you have with your MOCs. I'm also really digging this fairy tale theme you're working with. The pigs look great! It's cool how you used different techniques for each of their pot bellies. The wolf also looks fantastic. His cheeks especially. You've given me a smile with this one. Great work! I'm not one to give people suggestions on what to build, but I would love to see your talents applied to the Hansel and Gretel story. Your take on the candy house would be especially interesting to see. Can't wait to see what's next!

Quoting Paul Vermeesch For me the wolf steals the show. From the arch elements on the back of his boots to his belt and belly to his neckerchief and the little ruffles around his sleeves, he's about as perfect as you can get. Well done all around. I'm really loving this fairy tale genre you've been building in. More! More!
Thank you very much. He is my pride and joy at the moment and any nice comments regarding him make me very happy.

Quoting Andre Benjamin Haha, the cheeks on the wolf look great! I really love it when you make animals like this; they look so lively and exciting! You ever thought of trying to build people in this style? :D
Thanks! I did make a person a few months back http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/312257, but animals are just cuter.

Quoting Griffin . I also noticed the chimney in the brick house, where Wolfe there is supposed to fall in and burn, just like the fairy tales!
Yes and the pot hanging over the fire too that he will land in making a nice wolf stew. Thanks!

Hahah Brilliant, full of colour and style. There is no way the wolf could blow this house down – it looks very well built ;). Well, unless he has a serious case of halitosis. Love the wolf’s tail and puffed up cheeks.

Brilliant Leda, this is an excellent build along with the rest of em'. This is a very precise, detailed build. I love the pigs, and the wolf is excellent! I also noticed the chimney in the brick house, where Wolfe there is supposed to fall in and burn, just like the fairy tales! I've seen very creative fairy tale creations from you, and this by far is the best. You've done it again, Leda.

Quoting EJ ! Marvelous details on the wolf! But may I ask how you made his eyes?
Of course you may ask. The top is this part: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=6091 the eyeball is: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4073 and the ridge of the nose is attached to: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3794 which gives the little bit at the bottom that puppy dog eye character.

Leda, I've grown to love your building style very much. I don't know what it is, but something about your creations just stands out to me. When ever I'm scrolling through new creations from my favorite builders and I see a new creation from you, I instantly click on yours. Anyway, I'm loving the color scheme you chose for this build, very nifty! Not to mention the way you made the wolf and how his breath coming out looks so realistic. Last but not least, the three little piggys were hilarious and very cartoon-ish which I really liked. Sorry about such the long comment, just had to share my thoughts;) ~Justin

You tore my house down with this one! I have to tell you being a feminist I enjoyed the fact you had a female pig (or at least I hope one of them was a sow)! I loved the use of the wash basin as a stomach. BUT the star of the show for me was the puff!!!!!INCREDIBLE! Have you been catching up with my FRIENDS designs?
