About this creation

Quick backstory:Galaxus was at the final confrontation with Nebulix.Nebulix was about to deliver the final blow when a bright light fell on Galaxus.When Nebulix could see again,Galaxus was nowhere in sight.He laughed evily,assuming Galaxus had been finished.But a few days later he was confronted by a familiar face.The figure's face was like Galaxus,but his appearance was black and yellow.
"Who are you?",Nebulix asked shuttering.
The figure replied,"I am Galaxus.I have gained the power of the sun,and you shall feel my revenge."
Then from his sward Galaxus Shot Bright energy of pure sun on Nebulix.Nebulix screamed in agony and was finished.Galaxus had become,

do you know of anyone who wears a pakari and is known for facepalming?
notes:I still don't have those pieces in green.I was at first going to go with an orange evil version like Akara the Great did,but then I decided to experiment with yellow.It worked,and I built it from there.
