Previously on the Cult: The team has been captured by the Cult, rescued by friends, and then surrounded again by a larger squad of footsoldiers led by the Inquisitor. At the last minute, they escape by diving into a secret underground tunnel network.
About this creation
Sorry for the extremely long delay. I have been going to a lot of camps and actually went camping once so I haven't had much computer time. So without further ado, here's Part 22!
Glen: Guys, I forgot about something! We've got to go back! (See the "Story of Glen" for more background)
Dieck: Sorry, Glen, but this time I'm not listening to you. Shining Path probably has razed the place already.
Recruit: Hey guys! Look what I found!
Dieck: What is it?
Recruit: It's a Clearance 8 door. That's so cool!
Dane: Clearance 8! These facilities aren't even supposed to exist!
Glen: Hey, Dane? Can I talk to you?
Recruit: This is the safest place we can get to.
Dieck: Sure is...if we can open it.
Dane: What's up?
Glen: Something's off with this guy. He's trying to hack the door to a Clearance 8 facility. The measures these people take to make sure top-secret areas remain unknown are ridiculous. There's no way a green recruit would think about doing this.
Dane: If he's as green as he acts, he probably doesn't understand the risks. It bothers me that Dieck isn't stopping him, though.
Glen: Wait a minute...when Dieck got attacked by that thing, the medic who came said he was tipped off by a guy from Level 8. Now this guy is also trying to get into a Level 8 area. If our "recruit" is actually with the government, then there's something seriously wrong here.
Recruit: Yay! I solved the puzzle!
Dieck: ...good job.
Glen: Did you hear that? There are over 2 quintillion possible combinations to that lock. The chances of him breaking in on the first try...
Dane: You're right; something is off about this guy. Well it's too late now. This close to their turf, we don't have a chance. If that was actually a lucky guess and this guy actually is on our side, he'll think we're crazy turning down this "oppurtunity".
Recruit: Look at this door. I'm happy we're protected by this thing!
Dieck: This is a weird method of transportation.
Jensen: Yeah, it's like a monorail except it's a platform.
Dane: He's too familiar with this place. Let's hope he's with the government and on our side.
Glen: If this turns out wrong, I've got your back.
Dane: Right.
Recrui: Whoa! It's so big!
Dieck: Look at the security of this place!
Black Ops 1: Hello, intruders. Welcome to the Rat's Lair.
