Lookin' good! The overall appearance is very classic-spacey, and I really like the tri-wing layout! |

All sorts of cool features on this! Well done! |

OMG, David... that shape is almost fractilian in nature!!! The 3 wings radiating from the 'center point' could be iterated with the 'center point' being each new wing tip! You've really messed up my mind with this one! Thanx! I'm sure you are smiling away! :) |

I've been hoping some clever comment would come to my mind about this one. Say perhaps, something to do with angles, the number three, etc. Now I know what it is! This is a different build for you with all the grey and I do so love, enjoy, etc your colors. I miss them in this, I would have liked to see this all in red... WOW! :) |

Very cool. Love the Tri-Wing shape, the Imperial Shuttle from StarWars is one of my favourites. |

Great work. I too think the wing work is what makes it unique.
@ Tom C. I too love mechs (in fact I will posting a new alien mech I built soon) and I think the best sets to get these parts from are the Exo Forces sets. They're pretty cheap @ bricklink. |

This looks great. I think that it's your best spaceship yet. I love the three wings and the way that they match. There's interesting angles here and a nicely SNOTty fuselage. The MOC looks very swooshable too. Good use of colours & greys. Excellent!
The angles were quite easy, but I used the hinges to give the appearance of a more complex linkage. It does have a lovely swoosh. |

Agree Exo Forces come with some good mech pieces. |

Fantastic, David. This may be my favorite miniscale ship that you've built yet. Your SNOT work is always stellar and I love the shaping of the body of this ship. However, the wings are what really stand out to me on this. I especially love the shape and greebling there. By the way, the pieces that you used to connect the wings to the ship, did those come from a set? I've been wanting to build another mech, and I want to use those for the arm sockets and have no idea where to find them.
Thanks Tim, you are right this one was all about the wings. The joints come from this fantastic set ( http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=4892-1). My brother bought it for my birthday 5 years ago as a kind of joke/bit of fun. It is one of the best sets in terms of pieces out there.
