This is a tribute to a great artist on this site ! DeTomaso Pantera ! He inspired me with all of his amazing birds ! His amazing skills will always inspire me ! Great job Tom ! And i hope you enjoy this one !

A beautiful creation. The crest looks fantastic. The ‘fan’ technique is so versatile. My only piece of constructive criticism would be the wings – they need a little more texture like the crest. Be careful these types of creations can be very addictive :D. Excellent build.

Excellent work, the crest looks great both open and closed. The Katana is also a surprisingly effective beak.

I like the idea of the banana oops katana (silly predictive text) for the beak it works really well. I have had a lot of requests to build this and will when I get round to the African series. I will certainly be taking some cues from this fine creation. Well done Dues, Howard is lovely!
I must say i had a lot of fun buidling this guy and his diferent poses ! I did had to go to the store to buy a few more parts for him but it turned out all fine ! It was a great and new expierince in parts usage for this guy ! Thank you for the kind words and i'd love to see your version on this one ! ;) I have been to South Africa this year so it would be awesome to recognize them ! Keep me updated please ! :)
