Crawford Hall
About this creation
Hello all,

Another commissioned piece, this creation is a 1:120 scale model of Crawford Hall, located in Grove City, Pennsylvania. This model consists of over 3000 pieces and took more than 2 months to build from start to completion. I have had it together for the last 5 months, and finally got around to posting it.

Crawford Hall is the admissions building at Grove City College, a school that I hope to eventually attend as both my brothers have gone there before me. This was built for a friend of mine who works in the admissions department.

Anyhow, this is the first of many creations to be posted. You guys will definitely want to stay tuned for some of my upcoming MOCs. The wait will be worth it.

Enjoy!

SOLI DEO GLORIA!
-Blake

I'm a bit late, Blake, sorry. Your bold use of light bley in combination with light and dark sand pays extremely well. Lovely transformation of even the tiniest and most complicated parts of the original architecture into your microscale creation. Most impressive.

*Music*... «This summer...» *drums*... «Blake... is back!» *epic music*... «on a MOCpage near you...» *heartbeat sound*... image fades out :D enough play. Seriously, the color scheme is brilliant, the random effect on the textures is masterfuly achieved, and those vitrals are crazy. Love to see your buildings skills are in top shape. And by the way, you don't need to tell us to stay tuned man, we just will anyway, you lego-legend, you! :)

Gorgeous work, Blake. Love the colors of the bricks that you used. Really gives it that realistic feel. Some interesting SNOT work to get the effect you were looking for on the windows. What really impresses me is the greenery. You were able to make some very convincing shrubbery out of nothing but brick. Well done, as always.
