Another alternate model of the Seaside House. Yet this is my 60th alternate model of CREATOR! Milestone achieved! Thanks to Stephane, Halhi and all the people who support me. I really appreciate, even though I rarely thank you. This time, it's a sailing villa (duh) with a lot of details.

About this creation

The beach section with a dock with a safety fence on it, a sand castle, some steps and (my favorite) the duck sea-doo.

The front of the house. Usual stuff: pavement, flowers and the fence.

Under the stairs is that table/mini-bar/however you call it.

The villa's back entrance.

Inside, there's a counter with a coffee machine and some pots.

Balcony at the second floor with a small table.

Opening windows under the roof.

Closer look at the duck sea-doo.

The surfboard is not in the building instructions, but the top part of the sea-doo is there though. Just add the surfboard yourself.

This set seems great for alternate houses, as you have already proven by building 3 different ones! I like this one best, the shape, the details and the colour scheme! Great job once again!
