As always Chris an amazing creation!I love that retro look you give all of your gundam/transformer creations. You should start making tutorials on youtube for making robot type lego things like this, I would definitely subscribe.

As always, an impressive gundam! I like the way this one is a kind of thinner, but very detailed and, most of all: playable. A great collection you're building here.

knee click joints were ok in some poses but a pain in others

Top marks for a very Gundam-esque look, lovely asymmetry and all the extra poseability in those double joints. Did you find the knees tended to buckle in some poses, or were the click hinges able to take the weight?

Ah, I see, I see. In that case, If you want a more compact joint than the exo-force joints, I recommend having a look at the elbow joints that Phong Chang uses. They seem to have all the rotation you want, but with less space used. Incidentally though, I should point out that the actual gundam models nowadays don't feature rotation points at the elbows anymore. They have them further up the arm, more towards the shoulder joint.

his design would not give me 360 degree elbow motion .. this build was an exercise in poseability that elbow design would limit it

Each one of these you make looks better and better. Good to see you branching out in your techniques. The only thing that seems a bit off is the elbows.
