Your Dad had a great idea the addition of the hoop gave this MOC an added edge---it brought it to life as did your water! Your execution of the dolphin is wonderful it's like you were at "SEA WORLD" in Orlando and captured the moment on film! Your father's participation in this show how LEGO can bring families together and even us "old" folks enjoy LEGO!

Beautiful colors and shaping here! My only suggestion would be to add tiles to the studded parts, since dolphins are very smooth.

Amazing Matthew! The hoop is a nice idea but I would have liked to have seen a photo without it so it looks like it's in the wild. Also a little work is needed where the tail meets the body the slope looks a little bit harsh, try using a 3 long slope instead of the 2 long at the top of the tail to make the slope look more organic. Hope this makes sense, it is a great creation and I really like it, but it could be improved upon ;-)

Nice piece of work here. I like the addition of the hoop. Wouldn't be the same without it. The water work is well done, especially the white parts, gives a very convincing splash effect.

There are dolphins in the sea by house and this one looks just right. I like the way that's it's not massive and other folk could make their own. Thw water coming off the tail is good too.
