3 weeks after the events in episode 7 Our heroes are crossing the swamps of fenland.
About this creation
Taylor: How's everybody doing over there?
Luke: We're holding up, no hostiles so far.
Taylor, all right but stay alert, there are lots of creatures in these swamps.
taylor: alright, lets get moving.
they marched on for hours in high water
and in low water, bleached with mud. The Journey was peaceful,almost relaxing.
Taylor: Wait guys, Hold up. I heard something.
Luke: Look! It's a mud shark!
Up ahead a single fan ran through the thick mud
it popped out of the mud right in front of luke.
Luke: Every one get down!
seeing that luke had rolled out of the way the shark jumped on the soldier!
Jonathan drew his bow and loaded an arrow
the arrow whisteled through the air and embedded itself into the shark's head. it fell dead
Jonathan: Look up ahead!
A mob of orcs were running down the stream.
Taylor: They must of heard us fighting with the shark!
Luke: Everyone get ready!
they charged forward and the orc lines crashed against the human's and the elves.
an orc with a huge Axe brought a mighty blow down on Timmy, weakening his defenses.
Timmy: Take him down! Take him down Taylor!
He screamed as he blocked another blow.
Taylor: On it!
He pulled his bow back and took aim
Thud! The arrow hit the orc in the neck, and the body floated down the stream.
the battle was fierce and neither line seemed like they were going to give up.
Timmy: Look up ahead! Mud shark!
the shark quickly swam through the shallow water
it jumped out and instead of attacking the human's he took a chunk of an orcs leg.
Chain: It's a gift from the heavens! Rally and attack!
the victory was short lived however, An orc Stabbed and killed the shark.
An orc brought down a powerful attack on luke's shield.
he knocked the halberd out of his hands and stabbed the orc.
seizing the opportunity Jonathan drew his bow back.
he put an arrow into the nearest orc's neck.
It was now the orcs broke, sensing defeat, the loss of the other orcs and the uncertainty of another mud shark scared the orcs and they retreated.
Taylor, jonathan, and willis drew there bows back and unleased a storm of arrows on the retreating orcs.
Everybody gathered in a circle and discussed what had happened.
Chain: Who sent them here? How did they know where we were?
Taylor: Norkeo sent them.
