STATUS: On the loose



BIO: Not much is known about him, other than his solo raiding parties on numerous supply stations. His motives for doing so is also unknown. Whatecer the reasons, he's been thrown into maximuim security after his capture. When the Black Phantom's plan was launched, though, he broke free. Now he's back at Ryonu 12, searching for his stash of goods. Caleb Blaze has been sent there to recapture him.
