These are the two custom Magnums of the Main character of X-16. each one can kill an elite in 3 shots and between the two of them one burst is all it takes. These are Revolvers since Revolvers have the best resilance with Large cartridges. Not only are these guns tough, their user can use both at ONCE! Disadvantages are long reloads and a limited ammo capacity. However the reserve ammo is 120 rounds and with a 6 round cell that gives 20 reloads. These are the only ones in existance in the Human covenant war. They were custom made by the UNRRE (United Nations Research and Reverse Engineering) Corps. the guns themselves have special iron sights and a hammer to load each shell.
